Driving Results through Effective Management

Designed a leadership program to train experienced first- & middle-level managers to become even more effective leaders.

The Project

Lennox International—a leading global provider of climate control solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) markets—was interested in refreshing its Driving Results through Effective Management (DREM) leadership program, a second-tier company-wide leadership program for experienced managers and supervisors.

The Solutions

(1) The Driving Results through Effective Management (DREM) leadership program covers Five Cs: Communication, Change, Conflict, Coaching, Collaboration and how to actively incorporate the five Cs to drive results within the team and as a manager; (2) Designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated the 2-day leadership program hosted on Lennox International’s HQ campus with topics including: (i) Communicating Effectively; (ii) Identifying, Understanding, and Adapting Behaviors in Self and Others; (iii) Managing Conflict; (iv) Leading Change; (v) Having a Difficult Conversation & Providing Feedback; (vi) Coaching Others; (vii) Collaborating; (3) Designed a 100-page workbook for participants to jot down notes, write down thoughts/ideas, and to use as a reference.
